Women In Distribution (a trading name of AM Insights Technology Limited) occasionally hosts paid events in addition to our free offerings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for these paid events.

Free Events

All our free events — whether online or in person — are provided at no cost to attendees. Since no payment is required, refunds do not apply to free event registrations.

Paid Events

We understand that plans can change. Our policy for paid events is as follows:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be offered for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start time of the date.
  • To request a refund, you must contact us via email at [email protected] and include your:
    • Full name
    • Email address used at registration
    • Event name and date
    • Payment confirmation (if available)

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event start date.
  • No-shows (registrants who do not attend the event without notice) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any service or transaction fees incurred at the time of purchase may be non-refundable, depending on Stripe’s terms.

Event Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we cancel a paid event, all registered participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
